Designation: Software Trainee
Location: Bhopal
Education: BS Degree in Computer Science or related MIS field/degree is minimum. Throughout marks should be above 60%.

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will work with the existing staff in IT-PHP/ASP.NET division. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and communicate project status, issues and resolutions, to their Supervisor/ Leader on a timely manner.
Training Period: First 2 months without any Pay-Performance based Confirmation and Compensation as Junior Software Developer position on the stipend of Rs 5000/-per month for next four months after completion of the training period.
Terms and Conditions (Valid for 6 months):
1. Training Timings and Guidelines: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm-6 days a week, 1 hour break and you will be followed by the all rules and regulations of the company. In case of violation of any policy, your services can be terminated by the company.
2. You shall be appointed to the position of Software Trainee in IT Department for Training Period- two months without pay.
3. You will be appointed as “JUNIOR Software Developer” on the role of the services of the company, depends upon your overall performance of your training period.
4. Confirmation/Probation: After the training period, you will be deemed to be on probation in the services of the company until confirmed in writing. As per Organization policy, the probation period of 6 months will be applicable to you, which may be extended by the management at its discretion. On satisfactory completion of the probation period, depending on your performance you will get confirmed in our esteemed organization as “Software Developer”. Any kind of hike or appraisal after confirmation will depend upon your performance, opportunity and companys growth.
Technical Written Test Date and Time: 20th August, 2010 between 2 and 4 pm followed by Technical Interview.
