Job Title: SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER
Responsibilities
Technical design and development responsibilities for developing web systems/ content management systems.
Manage a team for developing sophisticated dynamic web interface systems with maintenance of the same.
Required skills
6-8 Years of Web development experience with hands-on development skills and industry experience on all of the following:
HTML / CSS
Object Oriented JavaScript including the use of AJAX and Jquery
Cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and usability.
Design and maintenance of open source DBMS such as Mysql with abilities in creating ER diagrams.
Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following
PHP
MVC frameworks
ActionScript
Knowledge of the following protocols:
XMPP
SOAP
Extensive professional experience of web development processes and application design with skills in developing and managing maintainable code-bases
Experience in project management and/or project-based working, including understanding of Agile development techniques and test-driven development and investigative skills
Experience of supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by 3rd parties
Experience of working with code repositories (e.g. SVN) and bug tracking tools.
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
Skills specific for PHP Developer
Worked as a program leader for one or more years in php based application development.
Ability to design and develop the symfony based applications.
Ability to create custom plugins in symfony
Ability to perform settings of Doctrine / Propel and has experience in executing the search queries created through Doctrine / Propel
Ability to build Web API with SOAP, and having experience in developing applications using SOAP.
Experience in designing and developing the web application which uses Web API (SOAP) through Javascript / Server Side Scripts
