Lead - Technical Analyst:
Job Description:
8+ years experience of Windows system implementation & administration.
4+ years experience of Citrix implementation & administration.
3+ years of experience on various virtualization products (E.g. Vmware).
3+ years experience of systems deployment, backup and recovery
3+ years work experience on various Clustering products.
In depth understanding of AD & DNS.
In depth understanding of all aspects of networking.
Detail management of critical support environments
Clear understanding of Enterprise security policies
Clear understanding of midrange systems.
Certification in Citrix with rich hands-on experience
Certification in Microsoft (MCSE 2003) with rich hand-on experience.
Certification in Vmware with rich hand-on experience.
Good experience in drafting project formation & implementation documents.
Experience in deploying and supporting various windows cluster products.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and ability to communicate with the business at senior level
Excellent ability to prioritise and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints.
Independent and confident, but willing and able to harness the expertise of others.
Ready to work in 24/7 shifts including weekends .
Ability to work effectively as part of a Virtual team.
